The Blueprint tells you what to do. This is where you prove you did it.
Most guys finish week one and quit somewhere in week three — not because the work was too hard, but because nothing was keeping score. This is the log that keeps score.
One row per day. Date, session or rest, minutes, a 1–5 rating, and a note. The sheet handles the rest: where you are in the 7-day cycle, how many sessions you've banked, your 7-day average rating, your current streak and your best one.
The streak rule is simple, and it's the whole point. One day off won't hurt you. Miss two in a row and it resets to zero. That's not a gimmick — it's how the Blueprint is built. Six sessions, one scheduled rest day, repeat. Log the rest day too and your streak stays airtight.
There's a film log built in on its own tab. Date, what you watched, what you were looking for, and the column that actually matters: the one read you're taking with you. Watching film without writing down what you saw is just watching lacrosse.
At the top of the log there's one cell for a 3-month goal. You'll see it every time you open the sheet. That's on purpose.
