What's the format?

The Blueprint is a 7-day repeatable PDF training program designed for consistency. By sticking to a structured schedule, you’ll build momentum and see real progress. Simply follow the drills and rep counts for each day of the week.

What age is the Blueprint for?

The same system trusted by D1 recruits is also being used by hard-working middle school players. Younger players simply cut the reps in half and build up as they grow.

Do I get access forever?

Yes! The GLE Blueprint is sent to you in a PDF that you can keep forever. It contains 7 days of training that you repeat every single week for constant gains

What's your refund policy?

If you do not improve more in the first 30 days using our programs than you have in the last 6 months we will refund every penny. Just email info@glelacrosse.com if your not satisfied after 30 days.

What Gear do I need?

All you’ll need is balls, cones and a goal with some field space. All drills can be done alone
