What's the format?

The Blueprint is a 7-day repeatable PDF training program designed for consistency. By sticking to a structured schedule, you’ll build momentum and see real progress. Simply follow the drills and rep counts for each day of the week.

Can middle school players use the Blueprint?

Yes. The Blueprint works very well for middle school players because it gives them a clear, structured plan to follow instead of guessing what to do on their own. It helps younger players build fundamentals, confidence, and better training habits early. While the system is modeled after high-level training, it’s designed to be followed by developing players too.

Do I get access forever?

Yes! The GLE Blueprint is sent to you in a PDF that you can keep forever. It contains 7 days of training that you repeat every single week for constant gains

Can girls use the Blueprint?

Yes. The Blueprint can work very well for girls because the drills are built around skill work, footwork, shooting, and lacrosse IQ, not contact. That means the training translates well to the girls’ side of the game. It was originally designed for boys’ lacrosse, but a lot of girls use it because the core skill development carries over really well.

Is the Blueprint only for advanced players, or can beginners use it too?

The Blueprint is built around a D1 training format, so it is especially valuable for serious and advanced players who want to train at a higher standard. But newer players can absolutely use it too. In many ways, it gives beginners exactly what they need most: a complete library of drills, structure, and direction so they can learn how to train the right way from the start.

What gear do I need?

All you’ll need is balls, cones and a goal with some field space. All drills can be done alone

Can you use the Blueprint during the season?

Yes. The Blueprint can absolutely be used during the season. The in-season version is scaled down from the core Blueprints so players can stay fresh for practices and games while still continuing to improve. It gives you enough structure to keep developing your skills, athleticism, and lacrosse IQ without overloading you during the season.

When will I see improvement?

When will I see improvement? Most players see noticeable gains in confidence and speed in the first month. But after 4–6 months, the fundamentals become automatic — and you start playing like a college player without even thinking about it.
